The high refresh rate 144hz or 165hz overclock and G-sync is great for smooth gameplay.
The resolution on games is stunning and pretty much hard to tell next to 4k.
The monitor itself looks amazing, is of great build quality and ticks all my boxes for the desired use - gaming at 144+Hz.
The picture is very sharp at 1440p. Very high refresh rate, overclockable to 165hz. G-sync is brilliant.
The 1440p 144hz looks pretty good, great for gaming and the higher resolution means you get more screen real estate, the colours are pretty accurate and the viewing angles are decent.

It's a beautiful g-sync monitor with excellent colour reproduction.
Fantastic screen, extremely sharp and vivid. Looks and feels quality. Better than most in the market.
Poor angle of visibility. Anything other than straight on there's a marked change in brightness.
The black background was ridiculously non-uniform. This affected the picture, especially in the middle.
Colours were washed out and the screen had a bluish tinge to it, no matter what preset was used.

Dell S2716DG Gaming Monitor

Every game I've tried is running buttery smooth, and it feels super responsive.
It looks good enough that I'm considering moving my xbox off the 4K TV it's currently attached to, and hooking it up to the monitor.
This monitor is gorgeous and my games are smooth as silk.

The colours to me look great and needed minor tweaks to get them right. The adjustable stand is a great feature.
The overall build of this monitor screams quality.
Nice solid base, easy adjustment to height.
Brilliant monitor. Mine was flawless, no faults, no dead pixels, no backlight bleed. The colours of this panel are excellent.
Looks sharp, interface is not bad and I love that I get a headphone output and some speakers.

The monitor is great quality. Sharp as hell, good colour depth and g-sync. And it also has excellent connectivity.
I love it, it's really smooth for gaming. And it is very simple to connect via HDMI.
The refresh rate mind blowing and the picture quality was great. Also, I did not see any frame loss through the hdmi cable.
The HDMI input is only 60Hz, so don't expect a smooth experience if connecting via this. The Display Port is 144Hz though.
The HDMI input is not 2.0! The only port that allows you to do 144hz is the Display Port.

Dell S2716DG Gaming Monitor

The monitor comes with a good quality DisplayPort cable, which is the preferred way to connect it as some cards do not support the newer revisions of HDMI.
The only bad thing I have to say about this monitor is the fact that once it goes into sleep mode when using DisplayPort as the input, it will not wake up.
