Pretty good printer. Print quality is good, speed is ok.
Wi-fi connection with laptop/computer works well, good printing speed.
Excellent printer arrived today - very impressed with the speed it prints and the quality.
Print speed about 15 seconds a page (colour and graph) double sided including drying time.
It prints quickly - as fast as my several hundred-dollar printer I have at home in the states.

Scanner function is easy to use and works well.
Basic sharpness, fairly realistic colour, easy to print from iPhone.
Very convenient to scan to pdf and save to icloud directly.
Doesn't hold a lot of paper and changing the paper is a little tricky.
Paper tray quite shallow. Can only load a small amount of paper at a time.

Space saved and light weight. The quality of print is good.
Scanning works well with the downloaded app. Setting up an instant ink account was also painless, and will prove very cost effective for me as a light user.
Have done some printing, scanning and photocopying all controlled from my phone and it was so simple!
Scan glass has something resembling a little shard of paper stuck on the underside meaning every scan has a black mark.
The scanning pages are misaligned no matter how I angle it.

The ink replacement deal is perfect. I’d say this would be an ideal printer for a student off to uni, no need for expensive ink cartridges!
Like the fact that it sends me ink cartridges when I need them before I'm aware that they are running low.
I'm very happy with the product and the self ordering ink service...very good!
The cartridges were tricky to install. Not impressed at all!
The cartridges supplied are purposely depleted in order that your first print order comes up very quickly.

Great printer, easy to setup and Instant Ink really solves the problem of buying expensive ink cartridges.
When the printer knows the ink is running low - it automatically orders from HP and the ink is sent to your home in a matter of days with a recycling bag for old cartridges which you can return free of charge.
I have signed for the £1.99 a month print cartridge scheme and let the printer order the replacements for me - seems good to me.
Have already received first instant ink cartridges in post but still using the ones that came with the printer so fine.
Do not like automatic cartridge ordering facility but you can turn it off.

HP ENVY 5010 All-in-One Wireless Printer

It has a very useful touchscreen which lets you scroll through the options and settings.
It can print double-sided with an automatic duplex function (rather than manually turning the page and re-inserting into the printer). So far everything works as it should.
After a few hours head-scratching, and fruitless searched of HP's website, I discovered that it was easy to install it using the touch screen on the printer itself.
I print about 50 pages per month (occasional user) and use the scanner a lot, so does everything I need. The app is good so easy to use all round.
Arrived quickly, used smart phone to help set up, which was easy. Then connected laptop, easy once app had been downloaded.

Followed the easy instructions on the app and the printer was setup in less than 5mins.
Print quality is excellent and also prints double-sided with ease.
Finally, the best bit - the paper is stored in a shelf INSIDE the printer! And it automatically does double sided printing although I haven’t tried that yet.
Huge problems with WIFI and only works on a lead, also, you can't opt out of the "free" ink deal.
The printer constantly fails to connect to the internet via my router which is just 3 meters away and providing a very strong signal.
