Camera is a nice weight, not to heavy but also not too light! Battery life seems really good.
It is a great starter camera and ideal purchase. Light weight, simple functions.
The camera body is light weight but solidly built. Nice pictures and body design.
It is light to carry and that is something that I personally like. Recommend for beginners and experienced.
Maybe it is a good camera but I wish it had been half the size and weight.

The size and weight it is just perfect for travelling and weekend shooting.
It is a nice lightweight camera for taking on holiday. Its what i was looking for.
I usually use a bigger SLR but for the weight and size it works well enough.

The compact system cameras are great as you get the same high quality results in a small easy to carry size.

The 18 mega pixels means you get a crystal clear image and can take many great pictures to add to your collection.
Despite the 18MP sensor, I did find the image quality was pretty good, definitely a step up from smartphones!
Love canon company ,especially I love that those cameras have already so nice color correction ,images are so warm and nice toned , great for beginners.
ISO is quite high, this is vital for low light shooting. It’s quick and surprisingly responsive!
I bought this camera to study as a photographer and I am incredibly satisfied, such a beautiful photos.

Photos are fantastic!! if you are upgrading from a basic point and shoot digital camera then you will be blown away with the difference in photo quality.
Photo quality compares well to full size DSLR. Movie characteristics are excellent too,
My parents have been very complimentary about the quality of the pictures i posted on-line and many have downloaded and printed them.
Its a good small camera and picture quality is OK, of course not to be compared with a full frame, but I like the colouring. Its kept very simple.
If you just want a quality camera that takes a great picture in Jpeg and or RAW with good video and can be controlled with a phone I choose this canon.

The LCD screen is fully touchscreen and very responsive.
You can change all settings and navigate all menus via the touch screen.
LCD Touchscreen is brilliant. Kit lens is very good for the majority of consumers needs, it is nice and sharp and it is the STM smooth and silent lens.
The resolution of the screen is such that the user can make a pretty informed decision about whether the image is worth keeping almost instantly.
Despite its reasonable size LCD screen it was difficult to see the quality of the image just taken.

The camera has a lot of shooting mods that allows you to take very cool photos.
Great camera design and comfortable buttons, glad to use such a good camera.
If we talk about the shortcomings of this camera, its of course is the lack of a touchscreen.
This camera would be just perfect for me if it had a touchscreen.

Amazing resolution and endless modes of photographing. Me as amateur, it is a brilliant camera to point and shoot.
You can change the white balance and various other settings. Decent features.
A huge amount of shooting mods makes this camera just awesome.
The Auto white balance is not that good and you have to set it tungsten when you are indoors, which is a bit sad really as most cameras can cope reasonably well without doing that.
Characteristics are excellent, except auto focus which is slower than expected and struggles in low light.

Сomputer connection works well, no complaints. great pics, recommended.
I have never had problems with a SD card or USB slot or cable, the quality is just excellent.
I have already uploaded a lot of photos to the SD card and it still works very fast.
I immediately noticed that the ports are made very well, the cables in them hold very tight, It saves me from unexpected disconnects.
I used the camera very carefully, but I had problems with the usb port.

I can get the camera to talk to the computer via the supplied USB lead.
My laptop connects quickly and seamlessly, allowing me to quickly upload photos to my laptop.
The build quality is at a high level, these are the screen, ports, buttons, etc.
the memory card is poorly removed from the slot, it is very annoying.
SD card slot is very narrow, it’s hard to draw a card from there.
