Very powerful, very crisp speakers. I have a minor in Audio and Technology, and JBL was always a great recommendation, and I have no issues.
Wow, these are amazing. It was a huge upgrade from my Logitech computer speakers. You can literally hear the difference in quality.
These are fantastic monitors. I don't know exactly how neutral they are but they sound great and have helped me get good mixes a lot faster than my old monitors (tannoy hifi) and headphones.
As someone who enjoys high end headphones, these blew my mind. Extremely detailed and the sound stage is great.
This JBL is nowhere even near the build quality or sound quality of the KRK Rokits.

This speaker is clear sounding and light weight. It is not the average speaker.
You can hear every instrument and it sounds just like they are playing for you. High quality and does not take up a lot of space.
I really struggled with what size Monitor to go with, but this JBL has an amazing sound in a very compact space.
Compact, super good range and quality, just wish there were two!
There is very little coloration, and the louder you play them, the more you are surprised by their size.

These speakers tell it like it is. No exaggeration in any part of the sound and plenty of detail. That's what you want for mixing.
Nice wide sweet spot, the sound doesn't change as your head moves around the desk.
They are detailed (not going to smooth over crap recordings) but are not shrill or harsh. They simply reveal the music. As an audiophile that's what I'm seeking.
Plenty of bass for most musical needs, with strong output down to approximately 40hz depending on placement.
That is quite enjoyable for movies as well, although you won't get that lower octave of deep bass rumbles.

The sound seems to be as good as the source material, though maybe a little restrained at the very top.
These little things will flat out blow you out of the room. No problems with mine, well made with quality materials.
They're pretty solidly built, the sound is very impressive (fills the room kind of sound), are plenty loud.
. This monitor seems to be built very solidly, and is a good value for the price.
The only negative thing I can say about them is that the tweeter material seems pretty fragile and like it could easily be dimpled or torn.
