The 14-45 lens operates smoothly.
Good zoom range for walking around town.
The focal lengths are nice and versatile.

My only real con is the barrel distortion at 14mm.

Autofocus speed with this lens is good.
The lens starts up immediately with the camera, and focuses instantly.
It doesn't have an optical image stabilizer.
