This exciting zoom lens provides ultra wide-angle coverage to the EOS 20D, 30D, 40D, 50D and Digital Rebel SLRs. Equivalent to a 16-35mm zoom, it offers excellent performance and optics designed from the ground-up for digital SLR use.

The Tokina AT-X 11-20 F2.8 PRO DX ultra-wide angle lens features an expanded telephoto zoom range and improved optical performance. The lens is designed for use with Canon DSLR cameras with APS-C (DX) sensors.

I like this focal range. And for an ultra wide angle lens, a millimeter or two can make a huge difference.
Huge depth of focus, very good resolution and sharpness.
It gave enough aperture to capture beautiful photos.
This is a very versatile lens. At 22mm it's a 35mm equivalent, which happens to be one of my favorite focal lengths.
This lens offers incredibly wide focal lengths.

The most impressive part is the f/2.8 aperture.
The 11-16 was always extremely sharp at all focal lengths and apertures.
The f2.8 aperture a nice bonus.
Wide aperture, extreme sharpness in the corners.
Excellent opening 2.8 that allows you to work quickly without feeling the lack of the stabilizer.
