What customers say about "Key Specs"
AKG K701 Open-Back, Over-Ear Premium Reference Class Studio Headphones
  • The clarity of these headphones is second to none. Crystal clear highs and smooth but not overbearing lows make these a pleasure to listen to.
  • They are incredibly detailed. You will hear every single flaw on every recording. You will hear every inch of the noise floor.
  • The bass response from these headphones is simply STUNNING. Refined and not over-bearing nor muddy. I didn't expect such excellent bass coming from headphones at all! You can hear every nuance of sounds and music from these.
  • They sound great, and you can still hear the room.
  • I really love the separation between the highs, mids, and bass.
  • If you are looking for a warm or smooth sound these are not what you need, nor are they ideal for rock and pop recordings, but good for classical music.
AKG K702 Open-Back Over-Ear Studio Reference Headphones
  • The realistic sound is just amazing. You won't be disappointed!
  • I never thought heaphones can sound this nice. They reveal more than expected listening to older mixes.
  • The sound is like I mentioned above, there is a nice balance. Music doesn't sound overly trebally with vocals enveloping the track. I love bass.
  • I can say these are the most incredible sounding headphones I've listened to.
  • The sound is fantastic with a silky texture and ver clearly defined notes. Sounds you never heard in old recordings show up to you surprise.
