  • Both read and write speeds are very fast, and the capacity is huge.
  • Plugged it in, popped in four WD Red disks, waited not all that long for it to initialize the disks, and have been happily using it since then without any issues.

  • It supports two USB 3.0 expansion ports (for a printer or other devices) at the rear plus another at the front.
  • There is a USB port in the back along with 2x 1GB LAN ports (link Aggregation compatible) and a USB port up front. Great port location.
  • I was clocking crazy speeds moving data to them and between the NAS and an external USB 3.0 drive that were just insane.
  • It has two 1Gb network ports. Great product. Highly recommended.
  • Performance is as expected, I can saturate the gigabit ethernet connection fairly easily.
QNAP TS-431P2 4-Bay NAS Solution
  • It has 1 USB 3.0 port and 2 USB 2.0 ports, with the USB 3.0 port in the front. Great number of USB ports.
  • A good number of USB ports and their location is great.
  • The transfer speeds of this unit are truly astounding. Great gigabit Ethernet connection.
  • Unfortunately there is no HDMI connector.
  • I was upset when I found out that there is no HDMI connector.
