The Nikkor 16-35mm f/4.0G AF-S ED VR Wide Angle Zoom Lens is sure to satisfy the needs of a broad range of shooters and, therefore, is poised to build sales and profits. Designed to meet the performance demands of the larger Nikon FX format image sensor. It is, however, fully compatible with Nikon DX-format digital SLR cameras.

Designed for full-frame cameras, the Tokina AT-X 17-35 mm F/4 gives photographers a wide-angle option. With a focal length of 17 mm at the wide side the lens yields a spectacular 103.9 degree field of view which is ideal for shooting in tight situations or for taking in wide expanses of space.

Excellent performing lens. The focal length and f/4 performance is excellent in all lighting conditions.
The pictures over all focal lengths are sharp, have very pleasing bokeh, and great color rendition.
Even at the longest and shortest ends of the focal range, the images are sharp.
I use this lens on a crop sensor and am quite satisfied with the focal range! 16mm is decently wide and 35mm is the perfect focal length to mimic what your eye sees.
It is VERY sharp, sharp enough that I will shoot it at any aperture, at any focal length, and not be at all concerned about whether the results will be satisfactory.

It's a nicely built lens. It has great center sharpness at all focal lengths at most apertures.
What a fantastic lens, Crystal clear throughout its focal length. Light and super quick autofocus.
Liked the lense well worth the price and good clear focal length and good quality.
I often fit this to my camera for low light shots where the short focal length and incredible depth of field allow me to go out and take photographs on a dull day without pushing the ASA very high.
There is no image stabalisation, but who needs it at these focal lengths!

I love this lens. Yes, it would be PERFECT if it was a little shorter, but I don't feel it is too heavy for the features included.
The lens is surprisingly large for a wide angle lens but it also weighs a lot less than you would think from it's size.
Minimal distortion and no color aberration. Not very big and not very heavy compared to other uga.
The FX 16-35 is not too heavy and has internal focusing and zooming. It's very sharp and great for architecture and people.
This lens is heavy, especially when fitted on a full-frame body. If you regularly use a tripod, this won't be an issue.

Tokina AT-X PRO 17-35mm F4 FX Lens - Nikon AF Mount

Excellent quality, light weight but feels very sturdy. The quality and definition of shots with this lens is very crisp, clear and detailed.
It is a quite chunky lens that is reassuringly heavy and despite its weight, seems to counter the weight of my camera very well and fits very well.
The build quality seems really good, it feels solid, and even the weight tells you that there is a lot that's gone into the constuction!
On the down side it is heavy but this is a price you have to pay for the superb build quality and top quality glass used.
My only slight criticism is that it is quite a heavy lens to add to the body of my DSLR Canon.

Worth every penny! This lense is a must have. Takes beautiful images. Highly recommended.
The image quality is outstanding, and after extensive testing my copy of this lens has minuscule distortion only at extreme end of the short focus length.
Easily my favorite lens for shooting landscape photos. I'm pairing it with a Nikon D7200 and the image quality is pretty amazing.
It produces the most sharpest images I've ever seen. Hands down one of the greatest lens i've ever used.
This lens is so amazingly sharp I was blown away by the images it produces.

The focus is noisy but quite accurate. The material that is made off is excellent.
The autofocus is very fast, and very quiet, and the lens has a good quality feel to it.
I haven't been dissapointed, the lens produces absolutely superb images and I can not really see how Canon could do any better.
Some of my best images have been captured with this lens, a must purchase!
Image quality is top. You dont have to worry about focus or sharpness @ wide open, this lens is good at all possible settings.

My images came out sharp, and the AF worked flawlessly for me. The color rendition was great!
Very very good at preventing sun flares on wide shots when the sun is off center. The lens coatings are excellent.
The lens hood is smaller than I expected. I will be able to use the same 77mm filters I have on my other lenses. I am pleased.
This lens is heavy, solid built, VR works great, focus is smooth and crisp.
Fairly sharp, the VR is great, it takes filters, and it has a very good range.

I don't know what to say about this lens...it has great features, is brilliant for beginner photographers.
The build quality seems to be fine. No significant vignetting, which is good news.

I have to say the build quality is great on the outside, a really nice robust feeling lens with a great weight to it that makes it feel like pro level lens.
