Excellent sound quality with use of the free downloadable app. Very easy to use.
From an audio quality point of view, I was initially disappointed with the flat sound, until I read the manual and realised there is an EQ app available that lets you configure the sounds as you prefer.
Headphones are great at first, with good sound quality, and they’re quite comfortable.

The sound is average, not really detailed but it's loud and the dedicated app with the equalizer helps but still it's nothing impressive. Cheaper Bluetooth headsets have the same sound.

My factors for purchase and consideration include primarily fit when doing aggressive exercising, sound quality, price and battery life. Everything is fine!
One of the best wireless headphones that I've had as far as battery life, sound, and comfort.
The sound quality is pretty good, Bluetooth is great, and battery life is awesome.
Biggest complaint is battery life, honestly - very weak. Advertises 12 hours charged, but no way. I may get 3 or 4. Very frustrating.
They do not have the 12 hour battery life as advertised, they have died about every other day mid workout, and today won’t even turn on despite being charged.

I'm still having great problem with the fitting, I've tried the different sizes and materials of the tips and fins but still I have to constantly adjust them during a simple treadmill run.
Comes with a number of different ear bud sizes so you should be able to find one that suits.
The ear tips and fins come with different sizes so you can find the right fit.
This did not happen with my other bluetooth headphones (much more expensive and full-size).
If you try two three combinations then you will not have any problem with any ear size .

The controls on the cord are again something I needed to learn to use by feel, but it's second nature now. They're very lightweight.
Due to the controls (weight) being on the right side, it tends to slip to the right when running with them.
It's bulky in terms of size, but the weight is pretty acceptable.

Lots of features available through the app (you can swap Left and Right channels) as well as customize EQ settings.
Something that I didn't even bother checking in the specs is the absence of aptx protocol, haven't decided if it's a good or bad thing yet but it's a feature that is standard in so many other rival headsets. Will have to get back to you.
Wireless and sweat proof were two key features I was after, and these are great for that. But the sound lacks any real presence. The earphones I got with my old Xperia Z1 were SIGNIFICANTLY better than these.
There is no firmware update for the buds and based on the forums I have viewed they don't plan on changing this feature anytime soon.
Life span, foam tips wear quickly (a common feature of foam-tips really, but worth having, Amazon sell a brand called Misodiko that I found better than the ones that came with the X3's)

They resisted sweat, water, and dust well, and their proprietary charger prevented sweat from leaking into the charge port.
They offered the most hassle-free setup of any earbuds we tested—you just pop on the tips, adjust the cable length, and go.
They do fit very snugly in the ear, several options for buds, plus bendable plastic rubber ear hooks.
Not water or sweat proof. Don't try to run outside on a humid day, if a drop of sweat touches these the sound automatically goes scratchy.

The battery life is very good though, can listen to music for hours without need to charge it and the microphone for phone calls is good. I haven't had any problem during a call and the other caller could clearly hear me.
Battery life is great and comes with a handy little bag to store the small USB charger adaptor so very easy to charge where ever a USB connection is available.
Good battery life almost 8 to 9 hours of listening to music.
The only potential negative is the battery life. My other bluetooth headphones last around 15 hours. These only last around 6-8.
The battery life is not great, the charging clip SUCKS, and you can’t buy a replacement. Oh yes they are kind of sweat proof too.

Battery is good, have consistent 10-12 hours a charge. I use them almost everyday for 20-40min and usually charge maybe once every 1-2 weeks.
Easy to custom fit to your ear, great sound quality, and super quick to recharge but the battery lasts quite a while!
The battery charges pretty quickly, everything is as advertised, very satisfied!
The charger is proprietary so if I forget it I can't charge them. The magnetic solution is not bad it would just be better with usb C.
Trying to recharge after a long day means that carrying around the special attachment or buying a new one. If you are traveling and lose it, you are out of luck.
