The sensor is amazing for gaming (similar to any Pixart 3360).
As the specs show, this is a top optical sensor and thus far, there are no issues and I do not expect any.
However, because this is not a laser sensor like the Nyth was, I do not expect any performance issues in the short or long-term.
The Owl Eye sensor is one of the best - if not the best - gaming sensor that you can experience.
The sensor is top of the line optical and I have had no issues with stuttering, spinning out, or any other defects.

The sensor has been reliable in my experiences on nearly every surface (even glossy ones) making perfect for traveling and using wherever.
Amazing sensor. Texture of the mouse has changed to plastic.

Even with its large size and heavier weight it is a very comfortable shape and the mouse feet are the best from Roccat yet.
I have medium to large hands. The size is perfect.
Feels great for my larger hands. I like this size.
I have medium sized hands (male) with a claw grip style. The mouse is just slightly on the large side for me.
However, this is the first mouse that I gave up to use due to the weight and the size.

Its a good size for filling my hand.
I grip it between thumb at little finger (on either side in the grooves) and rest my hand on it. Good size.
Previously owned a Roccat Kone XTD. This is exactly the same size and a perfect replacement.
It is of a moderate size and comfortable in the hand.
If you have small, or perhaps medium sized hands, you may not like this mouse.

The cord is a bit longer than that of a standard mouse, good connectivity.
The cord is long and braided. Connection is great.
No problem with connection. I notice the reinforced cord as a bonus of superior engineering.
All you expect from Roccat, with care to detail and quality down to the little things like braided cording with perfect connect.

Great mouse. The braided cable is thin enough so it's not too stiff but this have a nice connecting.
The cable is plenty long enough being 1.8 metres and is nicely braided. Nice connection to my PC, i like it.
It has a good length and connect of cable.
My ONLY complaint regarding the mouse is that the cable is bad compared to others I’ve used. Bad connection.
If you use a mouse bungee the cable will always feel like an annoyance.

You can even program the mouse to switch profiles through the "Shift+" feature.
The eye catching light up feature which illuminates the functions with red, orange or blue reacts instantly to my movements and activity.
It's easy to install with the plug and go feature.
The second side button can be clicked in from the side or from the top, which is a really nice feature.
The shift function that lets you use the mouse wheel to control the audio volume is a nice feature.
