Kitchen Craft - Any Sharp Knife Sharpener Pro The AnySharp knife sharpener is probably the best knife sharpener in the world. Using tungsten carbide technology, the Anysharp is unique in its ability to sharpen any kind of knife, from high end hardened steel knives to serrated blades.

The handle on the top of the unit should be up. If it is down, pull it up. It is important to note that the writing on the front of the AnySharp should be facing away from you when using it. Place on the surface, and move the handle down. The suction PowerGrip will hold the AnySharp firmly in place.

It is the world best knife sharpener for real ! My knives are back to their best in terms of easy cutting !
This sharpener made a huge difference to my knives in a few minutes of using it.
The sharpener is easy to use and my knife is now very sharp. Comfortable angles!
The knife will be super sharp after two runs over the V shape sharpening tool. You will instantly see a difference!

Slam it on your kitchen surface, whap your knife through it and BAM: sharp knife.
I literally cannot exaggerate how easy this is and the sharpness you get is really great.
Ok it’s not going to bring knifes back to a factory finish, you get a slightly bumpy, slightly ragged blade, but it’s sharp as all hell and it takes about 10 seconds vs. other methods that take forever.
Love this little knife sharpener. Looks much bigger in the pics but in reality, it is quite small but sharpens knives perfectly.
It ruined the knife edges and I had to spend time resharpening all our Sabatier knives with my 35 year old steel.

AnySharp Knife Sharpener Pro Brushed Stainless

This is my second AnySharp Pro knife sharpener. I chose the Pro both times because it's solidly built with the majority of the components in metal as opposed to plastic for the cheaper models.
The unit is quite small and tucks away neatly in a tool box or behind the seat in the truck. I use the suction cup to attach it to the bonnet/hood of the work truck.
I prefered to get the slightly dearer model as it has the metal base and feels sturdy,as opposed the cheaper one which which as I understand it has a plastic base.
My second one.. Last one (plastic one) died after five year's.. So got this metal one. Big difference, huge performance!
The metal body of this version of the sharpener makes it feel quite robust and it's only a few quid more than the plastic version.

Love the suction pad to hold the device steady whilst sharpening. Great value for money, would definitely recommend.
This is a very effective tool. It's quite small and fits nicely into one of my shallow kitchen drawers.
There are also stainless steel versions available, but I cannot see how the sharpener could operate any better than this sturdy plastic version...it really is the best!
The PowerGrip does not grip. The instructions say to place on a smooth surface and then push lever down to suction.
This is a really good product, your knives will definitely be very sharp in a short space of time! My only issue with it is the suction pad doesn't always hold.
