The cable is good, it's pretty high quality and feels very rugged. the package describes them as tangle free, and they do un-tangle themselves decently well when unravelled.
The sound is decent, much better than I expected for such a cheap pair. After fiddling with the equalizer a little and putting some tissue inside the buds, the sound is very nice.
The headphones themselves are of high quality construction, with tough cables and surprisingly good sound quality.
The treble/highs seem a bit harsh, and It was quite obvious why when I took a closer look, since there was no filter/shield between the driver and the opening for the tip.
Where the cable forks into two wires, it's quite flimsy and split after a week or two. My advice put some electrical tape around it.

Betron B750s Wired In-Ear Headphones

The earbuds themselves are metal, so they don't feel cheap or plasticky at all. They're very small too, so you don't feel them too much inside your ear.
The headphones also came with a small bag of additional rubber earbuds which are nice if you lose one or if you just like a different size.
Tangle free cable is good, is a cheap option with decent sound quality.
The earbud tips which come with it are quite slippy, so they don't really hold in my ear at all. I just used the tips from my old earphones instead.
The ear fit is not that great and I noticed the quality of sound diminshed a bit after a few uses but still workable, also the flat connector lead is not that great.
