About the Product
The Amazon Kindle Touch is an e-reader that sports a 6”, multi-touch display that users can manipulate to input commands. It weighs 7.8 ounces and comes with 4 GB of internal storage, which can hold 3,000 e-books, according to Amazon.
Kindle Paperwhite is a great choice if you already have a high-speed internet connection and wireless router set up in your home. Paperwhite guides light towards the display from above instead of projecting it out at your eyes like back-lit displays, thereby reducing screen fatigue. You can adjust your screen's brightness to create a perfect reading experience in all lighting conditions, from bright sunlight to bedtime reading.

What customers say about "Key Specs"
Kindle Touch Wi-Fi, 6" E Ink Touch Screen
  • The battery life is stunning, and the clarity of reading outside and lt's far easier on the eyes than a backlit screen.
  • The display is as advertised, if you've never seen an e-ink display before is quite remarkable, the clarity in all light conditions shames a backlit LCD.
  • The screen is very easy to read and the font size is simple to change to match the visual capabilities of any user.
  • Just the best available digital screen for reading (E-ink Pearl) - I'm impressed.
  • The user interface is easy to navigate through, and if you have ever used a touch screen device such as the iPhone, you will feel right at home here.
Kindle Paperwhite (5th generation) 6" High Resolution Display (212 ppi) with Built-in Light, Wi-Fi
  • The screen is nice and bright and the LEDs give very even light and the text is crisp and sharp.
  • The interface is clean, and although not like a modern tablet the touch screen is perfectly suitable for the job.
  • The touch screen is responsive and the screen keyboard also very easy to use. It's easy to both add and delete highlights and notes.
  • Well I've bought 2 paperwhites now and also a voyager and all three have died within 3 years. The three kindles now all sit with the flat battery screen of death.
  • So I have had this about 2.5 years and it has been good. The case has done a good job of protecting the screen. But now the screen has become unresponsive.

What customers say about "Features"
Kindle Touch Wi-Fi, 6" E Ink Touch Screen
  • Great battery life and reasonably legible in all. Happy to have that device.
  • I chose the kindle touch rather than the basic kindle mainly based on the length of battery life.
  • Battery life is very good I was surprised that after reading for two weeks at least 3hrs a day I had only used half the battery power.
  • I love the long battery life and ability to store so many books.
  • Battery life is amazing, nice and lightweight, no problems with glare in bright sunshine and will save me a lot of space.
Kindle Paperwhite (5th generation) 6" High Resolution Display (212 ppi) with Built-in Light, Wi-Fi
  • It takes a little while to get used to reading on the kindle, but the newsprint like e-ink makes it very easy to read, along with being able to adjust the font size and screen brightness.
  • Reading in bed the screen is lovely and crisp, lights on or off. Compared to my Kindle with the leather case-light it doesn't blind you or stop the other person sleeping if they need to.
  • The fonts also in my opinion 'pop' much more on the paper white screen which I imagine would limit eye fatigue for extended sessions.
  • VERY comfortable on the eye due to the backlit screen, the strength of which can be altered according to conditions.
  • Finally, battery life is excellent. My Kindle Paperwhite can comfortably go a whole month without going anywhere near a charger.
