- This was used in my first ever build. It's working like a champ no issues as of this moment (knock on wood) the lighting is nice, but as mentioned in previous comments can be blocked depending on what the GPU size is.
- Great board looks good in my Ryzen build.
- Overall, the motherboard performs exactly as expected. The onboard sound card it provides is great.
- Of course substance is the main thing with tech but style does make a huge difference as well. Paired up inside my white Corsair carbide 275r case this looks amazing.
- Very good quality and nice led's but took a while for the aura software to work properly. Good for its price and works well with the new 2000 series ryzen cpus.
- The LED lighting was a definite plus and the chipset is very efficient. Good product!
- This motherboard is everything I expected. I put my 2700x processor in this motherboard, and I can overclock BCLK to 103 which turns it into 4.0Ghz.
- Honestly I don't know a whole lot about motherboards but this one has been great also with a bios update it'll run 3rd gen amd processors
- Great motherboard. Just a disclaimer, the radiator on the chipset is non rgb. It may seem like it is but it's a chrome lettering.
- If you're going to use this board with a Ryzen 3000 Series processor, I strongly suggest updating the BIOS first as it has no BIOS Flashback function on it.

- It does what it says, I overclocked to 3.9Ghz without issue with a Ryzen 2600 and also overclocked my ram to 2933Mhz from 2666Mhz (Vengeance RGB)
- I use this with a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and works perfectly. Have ram running at 3200mhz with no issues.
- The one I received had a fault on 2 of its memory slots which caused the memory to run slowly so had to be returned but its replacement is working correctly.
- It is a good motherboard and look good, but, i returned to get the strix. The prime couldnt get my ram above 2666 the strix got it to 2933 on my 3000 kit.
- The only down side I would have with this board is that you have no post code for trouble shooting which would have help when I had faulty RAM and was trouble shooting the issue for no post.
- Supports fairly new technology in CPU, Memory, Video, PCI and etc. Performance for gaming and general use has proven to be rock solid.
- Integrated memory for faster gaming. Recommended!
- Maximum speed of memory is decent, highly reccomended!
- Setting up my Ryzen 5 2600 on this board was a breeze.Works with the 3000mhz DDR4 Corsair Vengeance LPX without a problem.
- The bios great for manual over clocking however does not recognize processor or memory correctly even when using chips that are listed as supported.
- The PCIE slot for the GPU is plastic so it isn’t as strong, so I recommend removing the GPU if you’re going to transport it.
- Everything is connected and works as it should. I am confident in my purchase.
- I found it heavy and a little cumbersome. But saying that it took the weight really easily,i put more on it than they said with no problem.
- My only complaint is the M2 heatsink seems a bit unnecessary.
- The board looks amazing, feels solid in the hands, was easy to mount and setup.
- It has a bunch of USB ports came with an io shield onboard RGB easy to use bios minor overclock capability has a USB type c Port and tons of audio ports.
- It looks great, has plenty of USB ports, RGB lighting, runs cool.. etc.
- Not sure if this is a B450 thing or all MOBOs, but if you put a PCI-e 8x, it will convert your GPU from 16x to 8x too.
- Had a little trouble plugging in one of my USB 2.0 into its slot but with some careful applied pressure, it went into place.
- The RGB lighting on the motherboard looks amazing but the bottom right lighting can be blocked depending on the size of your GPU.
- The lights look great and really do create a nice ambience on my desk and there are so many customisation options with the included software too.
- The software included to control the fans and the lighting is fantastic and is very simple to use.
- It has nice features in the bios and easy to configure. A nice feature is to be able to upgrade the BIOS directly from the internet even before you boot into an O/S.
- Another thing I disliked about the motherboard was the areas I needed to peel off the plastic so that it wouldn’t melt.
- I had zero configuration issues with getting it working on the very first boot.
- This board has a great feature, the LED on the mother lights up during boot to let you know if there is a hardware issue.
- The components are high quality, and the RGB lighting adds a nice touch.
- Sometimes the AI OC doesn't work.
- On past mobos asus made the CPU and cpu opt fan slot a different color, not for this mobo. I found out the hard way.
