The EF-M 15–45mm f/3.5–6.3 IS STM is a compact, stylish zoom lens for EOS M series digital cameras. A special retraction mechanism shortens the length of the lens to just 1.76 inches when the camera is off, to help make carrying and storing the lens and camera even easier.

This is an ideal range of focal lengths for travel and street photography, being equivalent to the 24-72 mm lenses used by full frame camera.
Tack sharp and a solid focal length makes it a great all-purpose lens that is really compact.
For gig photography it's great and the focal length is very appealing.
This lense is pretty amazing, the Aperture Range makes it great for long exposure, good for scenic shots or land Skype.
Excellent lens. Quiet and quick focusing. Great for street photos especially in the evening when the fast aperture comes into its own.

It's super lightweight and makes for a nice small portable package.
The lens is quite compact given the long range.
It was very easy to carry around mounted to the M6 without any problems.

The light weight and small size makes it ideal for a carry around lens.
The build quality isn't stellar, but more than sufficient. What you lose in build you make up for in size. It's small, light as a feather and takes a crisp shot.
Super small lightweight lens, decent build quality feels good in the hand and has a metal mount.
Build is fine and the size is great and photos are just very nice. Highly recommended.
I just love this lens....it's wonderful. It's silent, fast, really compact and sharp as a tack.

Excellent lens the close up mode is very good, would recommend this as an addition to a eos 3m camera.
A good lens, if you are changing from a larger camera or using a mirrorless camera then this ideal. Gives a very good photograph on a eo s m6.
Superb lens, and a no-brainer for crop-frame. Very sharp, extremely close focus distance which can generate decent bokeh.
The focus ring is very smooth to turn which is also good for video work and focusing doesn't turn the front of the lens which is great when using a polarising filter.
Decent build quality feels good in the hand and has a metal mount.
