That's great news to me as my mates are all to quick to point out background noise, TV's and music in the party.
I was pleasantly surprised how much noise is blocked out when wearing them and how well they fit around the ear.
My son loves his gaming headset keeps background noise out a treat and my boy hasn’t got to keep shouting to hear his friends.
They sit comfortably over the ears blocking outside noise extremely effectively.
Use for online gaming they are just about perfect, with its noise cancelling microphone it is almost completely lag free.

Excellent, block out all other noises (including me).
Cuts out the noise so I don't have to listen to his games.
Can play comfortably for hours in them, and they are true noise cancelling with the volume on relatively low.
Detachable microphone within the bottom of the headset, for when the microphone is not in use. I like it.
Excellent, I particularly like the fact that the microphone is detachable. So when I want to use them as headphones I can, this make it easier.

Excellent, my sons loves these, fantastic sound quality.
Crisp ear sound, bass could be better but overall it does the job well.
Perfect surround sound and you will start to hear things you don't remember hearing without them.
Good sound quality, very good surround sound - you know exactly where those footsteps are coming from!
However, the sound in the left earcup has now cut out completely and right earcup is beginning to fade.

I like the fact you can remove the mic when not in use. Very pleased gamer.
Mic clarity is also good. Look and feel very durable compared to the XoONE turtle beach headset.
Mic works well. Does it’s job well.
The mic is very poor however and extremely quiet.
The removable boom Mic didn't work and didn't even fit properly to the headset.

There is a plug in mic as well wishing is nice as I can be removed when not in use.
I found out that these little beauties work with ps4, and the mic works too, just plug them into your ps4 and that's it.
Good for pretty much anything, high quality mic for games.
Mic doesn't work, i don't know why, but the headset is fine.
No mic monitoring and with the headphones being a solid fit it's very easy to either shout or talk too quietly.

Volume and mute controls on the cable which plugs directly into the controller. I recommend it.
Easy to use just plugs into gaming hand set controller.

As well as this, it was also missing the volume/mic control on the cable. I have returned these and I am awaiting my refund.

The headset itself is very comfortable. It features what I believe to be leather padding which makes for a very comfortable fit.
Oh and the build quality is much higher than I was expecting at the price - these are very nicely made and feature high quality plastics and finishes.
The XO4 did very well with high-quality videos. I was able to chat to my friends pretty clearly, too. I tested this on my PC instead of my Xbox One.
Once you've used 360 feature before then it impossible to enjoy a headset without.
I've heard it also has a microphone to record the excruciating pain, love it.
