It's small and rugged for portability.
I was truly delighted with the size, ease price and performance.
This mic is just what i needed, i can going down the road, just turn on my mac pro and sing about things i see going down the highway.
To be perfect it just had to come with a little longer cord and a "scaled" gain selector...for eg a 1-2-3-4-5 levels selector would have been very helpful.

It's a nice portable size. Very little to no self noise. Pretty bright sounding.
Overall very nice portable mic. I like this size!
This mic really packs a ton of awesome qualities into a small package.
Compact, light weight, and very portable, this mic should always be in your bag if you are an amateur producer who works outside the studio.
Works very well with Garageband on Mac but size is not perfect for me.

The sound is so good...you'll never have to worry about traveling from the comfort of your home studio.
I love this mic. I have used it to record several songs now. This mic is so easy to use with my macbook or iPhone.
Apogee got compact size, amazing sound quality, simplicity, and rugged/solid build all in one product.
Love my new mic. I use it to record voice over auditions. Sounds great. Travels so compactly.
The price looks a little high until you get it and start using it. I don't have obscenely expensive mics.

The direct connection to the iPhone is invaluable. I recommend it.
Worked great with my laptop, iphone, and ipad. Super easy to set up, and get going.
I got this Mic to use with the SMULE app on a Samsung S9 phone. So far I have been happy with recording quality.
I like this product and doing a review because I have used this microphone with IPhone XR on GarageBand and love the microphone!
The poor support for USB encoding on android and the price/quality ratio move this mic to a not great purchase option.
