About the Product
Combining Ted’s eye for detail and ear for precision, these stylish over-ear headphones offer truly immersive hi-fi sound quality, a smart foldable construction, textured tangle-resistant cable and tailored, deluxe materials for the perfect fit.
The K1000 was the first commercial headphone to produce the experience of proper depth and spatial orientation. The radically new transducer design uses "ear speakers" which are angled away from the ears, and do not touch them. Sounds from one "speaker" will be heard by the other ear, thus providing depth and localization information.

What customers say about "Key Specs"
Ted Baker London Rockall High-Performance Folding Over-Ear Headphones
  • The product is really good - comfortable and with good sound dynamics. The mic is also v good.
  • She's been very pleased with the look, sound (quite well balanced - warm but clear) and comfort.
  • These headphones looked good and sounded good
  • Brilliant headphone the sound is great, overall very good and comfortable!!
  • Ted Baker headphones have a clear malfunction, so much so that Ted Baker do not make them anymore.
AKG K1000 Headphones-High-fidelity Dynamic transducer
  • These are fantastic headphones, especially if you're really in to "fast response" (tighter sound, I guess you could say).
  • These are ideal headphones for mixing. It is important to hear as pure a sound as possible without muddled bass.
  • Their 'open back' design allows a more accurate, detailed sound assessment. Definitely worth a listen, worth the money in my view.
  • The highs are smoth and crystal clear and I do use these for high-end reference, but I would never mix a track using these.
  • I don't know how people mix modern music on these headphones. There is no low end.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Ted Baker London Rockall High-Performance Folding Over-Ear Headphones
  • The size of the headband is easily adjustable, but because the design is mostly metal.

  • Once you adjust them to the size of your head they are a snug fit blocking almost all outsite noise.
  • You can't lock of the headband at your preferred size.
  • The sound is good but not for base, they are very big on my head (I have a small head).

What customers say about "Features"
Ted Baker London Rockall High-Performance Folding Over-Ear Headphones
  • I love their design and the fold up feature, sounds good to me and perfect for travelling!
  • The lanyard remote and the snag-free cable for the headphones are also important, these will fit the bill quite well.
  • Featuring solid design combined with a very comfortable fit.
  • 320kbps is, to me, perceptibly different to 192kbps when hearing MP3, and these headphones quite clearly show this, at least to my ears.
  • They are stylish, although with odd features such as the coppery "tensioners" that you'd think were to lock the headphones.
AKG K1000 Headphones-High-fidelity Dynamic transducer
  • An iPod even, the sound is still quite pleasant, altough it is a bit weak in volume.
  • These headphones is a bit wasted unless you listen to good quality recordings regularly and have a good CD/SACD/DVD Audio player.
  • These are headphones that work better with a home stereo system or a separate headphone amplifier.
  • The headphone isn't really well suited for low quality MP3 listening, but high quality is amazing.
  • Outstanding sound. The only missed piece here is the replaceable cable feature.
