What customers say about "Key Specs"
Dell Visor Virtual Reality Headset and Controllers
  • Great picture quality.
  • Controls fit very well and the tracking is as advertised.
  • Comfort is good enough for an hour or two of continuous play.
  • Controllers are solid. Cable is long enough for a small play space.
  • Tracking is very good. This headset offers one of the highest screen resolutions on the market.
HTC Vive Pro Virtual Reality Headset
  • The best, by far, Virtual reality system available. Room scale, wireless wands, backed by valve. I really can't describe how amazing it is, I don't have the vocabulary to express it.
  • The longbow game is fun. And you may realize that the controllers are giving haptic feedback when you "pull" the bowstring and release it to give it that additional sense of immersion.
  • Tracking works great. All sensors respond immediately after my movement. Very happy with the purchase.
  • The resolution just isn't what it is on a LED monitor. Obviously you're stretching that image out over a 360 degree 3d environment so it's a little tougher to do.
  • The Controllers are just awful. So when you first take them into your hand, you realize a few problems. You don't have very many buttons. And games gives you two options of movement.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Dell Visor Virtual Reality Headset and Controllers
  • Very comfy. It's nicely balanced with weights at the back.
  • Comfortable with glasses. Great size.
  • Colors all look vibrant and bright. Great size and weight.
  • The size and IO tracking make it super portable.
  • This headset was tight even at max size.
HTC Vive Pro Virtual Reality Headset
  • It takes a lot of the weight off your face once you get it right, and it keeps it on the sweet point.
  • Unit fits to your face and secures with slide over back of head, there’s a tightening knob that gets the fit just right, and best of all the weight distribution is so much better.
  • It sits perfectly on my head. I do not feel excess weight on my head.
  • The headset is more weight balanced and better quality.
  • It’s hard for someone with a very small head to choose the right size. Perhaps it will slide that annoying.

What customers say about "Features"
Dell Visor Virtual Reality Headset and Controllers
  • This headset in particular is extremely rigid and sturdy, however very comfortable.
  • This thing runs great with steam.
  • Great design, high quality.
  • Setup is super easy and it works with SteamVR.
  • The headset is very uncomfortable to me.
HTC Vive Pro Virtual Reality Headset
  • Cable is lighter. But a proprietary port makes it difficult to extend - not a problem for me though, the length is absolutely sufficient.
  • The controllers have side buttons that are too easy to press.
  • The audio is about the same as the deluxe head strap. I do like the inclusion of a volume adjustment and microphone mute button on the ear pieces.
  • I find it a little bit of a pain to get the headset just right on my head. You need to get the straps perfect (not too tight, or loose) to make the area right in front of your face perfectly clear.
  • I don't think the screens are quite big enough. You will probably notice the black ring around the outside of your vision when you're waiting for a game to load or whatever.
