PROS

The middle VESA plate hosts multiple small tool holders where you can store essential tools and keep them within reach, tightening and loosening individual arms when necessary. The plates accommodate both 75x75 and 100x100 VESA mounts, fitting most modern-day displays.

CONS

Some find the paintwork shoddy.

OUR VERDICT

Despite enabling full motion adjustment, this stand can support displays that weigh as much as 10 kilogrammes, so you can streamline productivity without worrying that the station might collapse and damage the screens. The C-clamp will protect the desk from scratches with thin but reliable padding.

PROS

You can tilt, swivel, and rotate the mounts individually, making them face any direction you want. Powder-coated, the joints on this stand should not start forming rust patches or showing corrosion signs with time. The arms accept monitors as wide as 27 inches.

CONS

The tilt range is not great.

OUR VERDICT

The TekBox EC-DK-STD can be put onto any desk without fixing, attaching, or mounting anything but the screens to its arms. That means you can easily relocate the stand when necessary without screwing and unscrewing plates. Plus, the stand is more lightweight.

The Winning Combination

The PUTORSEN MAS-3 is a sizable station that, despite its bulkiness, remains quite manoeuvrable. You can tilt the screens 90 degrees up and 90 degrees down. You can also swivel them left and right in the 90-degree range as well. The stand rotates 360 degrees, but that's something most do. You can adjust its height but the range is not as great as you'd expect from the price. What is pretty great is that the stand also lets you attach it to the desk via a clamp mount, with desks measuring anywhere between 10 and 88 millimetres depth-wise. Also, the part that contacts the desks' top surface is lined with thin padding, protecting the desk from scratches.

But the six top joints offering 180-degree articulation is the more attractive part, especially considering that you can tighten them and make the arms about as fluid or stationary as you want, and can be tightened to make the arms as fluid or stationary as desired.

Besides the three arms that can hold <7 kilogrammes each, this triple monitor bracket integrates an efficient cable management system. With its help, you can make the workspace look neat and tidy, without messy cables in sight.

To summarise, the PUTORSEN MAS-3 will enable ergonomic viewing, reduce fatigue, and, with the clamp mount, let you clear up valuable desk space.

Unwavering Stability

The BONTEC MDM003 looks like the stand means business and, this time, the looks are not deceiving, not one bit. Made from high-strength steel, the arms on its monitor brackets can support no less than 10 kilogrammes, holding the heaviest screens with ease. Meanwhile, the heavy-duty ‘C’ clamp ensures unwavering stability, keeping the screen fixed with a firm grip. You'll have to adjust a few bolts and screws from time to time but, apart from that, this station is relentless.

In the back, the concealed wiring setup will keep the desk clean, nothing necessarily new there except for the storage slot that accepts and holds Allen keys. Thanks to the slot, adjusting those bolts and screws will be less strenuous since you'll always have an Allen key at hand.

This is where the differences between this product and ordinary multi-monitor stands end though. Not unlike most, the stand holds displays anywhere between 13 and 24 inches. You can adjust its height, tilt the stand 90 degrees up or down, swivel the station left or right within the same range, and rotate the whole thing 360 degrees.

In other words, people with more expensive monitors that want to make 100% sure their screens are safe when lifted and supported by a triple monitor stand should go with the BONTEC MDM003.

Even More Adjustable

The HUANUO HNCM3 is the more universal and, due to that, the more basic stand. There's nothing wrong with this one but also nothing making the product stand out. As always, the mounting arms and plates can tilt 180 degrees, swivel 180 degrees, and rotate 360 degrees.

But, credit where credit is due, the middle VESA plate can also tilt 30 degrees and will let you adjust the entire stand's height. At the same time, you'll be able to adjust separate displays to different heights and different angles as well. Because the stand is even more adjustable than its competition, assembling and installing the grommet base will prove a time-consuming challenge, not the biggest one, but a challenge nonetheless.

There's nothing challenging about the three-station mode though, ensuring comfortable screen sharing and creating an efficient working environment. While we're on the efficiency subject, the desk clamp mount will let you work with desks as thin as 1 centimetre and as thick as 10 centimetres, making the stand even more universal.

To give you the gist, the HUANUO HNCM3 is the one triple monitor stand that you can recommend to practically anyone with multiple screens without knowing its setup logistics, preferences, etc.

Full Motion Adjustment

The Suptek MD6843 can accommodate LCD and LED monitors between 13 and 27 inches, not its biggest strength but this is where we'll start nonetheless. The stand's biggest strength is literally its strength, with individual arms supporting monitors that weigh even 10 kilogrammes. Its biggest weakness is the paintwork. The reasons are unknown but, unlike the construction, the paintwork here seems and feels shoddy.

Not the most important piece that this puzzle entails but we really like the nice little tool holders on the middle VESA plate, keeping essential tools within reach so that you can always tighten/loosen individual arms without rummaging through tool boxes first. As it is usually the case, installation-wise, the stand lets you choose between a grommet base and a C-clamp, with the second option adoption thin but effective padding that ensures you're not scratching the table when adjusting the clamp. And, borrowing from the industry's playbook, the stand also integrates cable management, so you can keep the desk tidy and elegant.

Bottom line, the Suptek MD6843 means business. Holding even the biggest, heaviest monitors with ease, this stand offers full motion adjustment and lets you focus on the work instead.

Facing any Desired Direction

The TekBox EC-DK-STD costs less than the preceding stands but this is because the stand is also less. Sure, the mounts on this one can also be swivelled, tilted, and rotated individually, facing the direction you want. But, unlike the models that we have reviewed above, this stand lets you tilt them just 90 degrees (45 degrees up and 45 degrees down), while the more expensive stations usually double that tilt range.

On the upside, this is but a humble stand, meaning that you will not be working with a clamp mount or a grommet base. Instead, you put the stand on a table, and the work is done. Because that's the case, its arms cannot hold above 7 kilogrammes but there are very few monitors that weigh as much, even counting the 27-inch ones that these arms also support.

While somewhat lacking strength, the product is not lacking in the longevity department, not at all. Made from high-tensile steel, the entire stand will not bend or deform, even when considerable pressure is applied. Plus, powder-coated, its joints will not start rusting or corroding with time.

In closing, provided you're fine with its limited tilt range, the TekBox EC-DK-STD is a more reasonable option than its more expensive peers.

What Is a Triple Monitor Stand?

Multitaskers, designers, programmers, gamers, you name the crowd, most people who work with computers can benefit from a multi-screen setup. There are only two reasons people seldom use them: multiple monitors cost a small fortune and fitting and adjusting these screens can be a hassle. While we cannot solve the first problem for you, with these triple monitor stands, we can help with the second one.

Using these stands, adjusting three screens at a time is the easiest task you'll accomplish that day. They let you adjust the height, tilt the screens (usually 180 degrees, meaning 90 degrees up and as many degrees down), swivel them left and right (within the same 180-degree range), and rotate the displays attached to the stands' arms 360 degrees. You can make these adjustments individually, making separate screens facing different directions or move the whole station. From an installation perspective, more often than not, these stands let you select between a C-clamp or a grommet base approach but some do not attach to desks/tables at all, so you can just put them on any surface without mounting or screwing anything.
